Working with JTDS

hi guys i am new to this JTDS driver.
I have downloaded the JTDS driver 1.2.2.jar.
I am using Netbeans 6 i am not able to use this driver. I read the JTDS documentation but i dint get that.
Can somebody pleases explain me.
I have added the driver in my application but i am getting Class Not Found Exception. please help.

How did you add the driver to the application? Does the application work outside of the IDE?

I added the driver directly to the netbeans ide from the Database Palette .. which is near Servers... but still its throwing me the same exception..
can somebody help me.. its urgent.
Also i want how to configure the JTDS with java application.

Your JDBC driver needs to be in your application's classpath. Check the classpath.

jTDS has documentation covering the use of its driver. I would start there.
