Message body is NULL

I m using netbeans6. We created an EJB module and then a web service from wsdl file. Implementation class was created. Then we built and deployed this project in glassfish and sent requests from altova. By the way, there are couple of methods (operations). The question is, some operations worked fine, i mean when we sent request from altova, related operation catched this request. But in some of this operations, when operation catched the request from altova, we realised that body of the message was NULL. So we could NOT do anything in that method. It would be nice if you can guide me.

thanks in advance.
