A commander can lead a band of great warriors or disciplined fighters or even a mob of untrained creatures. But he cannot lead a rabble, which is an apt description of our present Indian team

An old adage in India

A team of 100 monkeys leaded by a lion can defeat a team of 100 lion leaded by a monkey.

I have doubt if Dalmia and Pawar had ever played cricket.

Pawar is good at pulling legs of politician, he should look in to Kabbaddi.

Dalmia is true businessman and good at techniques and tactics , he should look for a strategic games like Chess.

Harbhajan has come out in support of Ganguly. The team may split into 2 groups. What do you think will happen?

Dalmiya must have leaked the email to the press. How come a Bengali newspaper got the email detail.

BCCI has decided not to ban players from talking to press regarding the standoff between chappell & Ganguly. It is nice because we get to know all details.

Because of all politics and match fixing matters, over the period of times, I have lot the interest in cricket.

Cricket has been RAPPED by various authorities + cricketers + bookies.

Ganguly is not left with a single bit of self respect (probably never had any). Almost whole india belive that Ganguly is burdon to already weak indian team. Earlier it was ok when gr8 form of Tendulkar made allowance for gr8 hollowness of small g, but not anymore. He is there just because of Dalmia who is using his exceptionally good administrative powers in exceptionally wrong way. Pawar has to come to power to get rid of Dalmia and so Small g....may God offer pawar enough powers...

But I am sure that Ganguli will remain as a captain at least upto the next world cup.

Please dont under estimate the corruption, politic and favorism exist in Indian cricket.

I am also feeling the same.

And if this happens, foreigners will hesitate to coach Indian team.

Who knows, many former Indian players may have already initiated lobbing to become a coach of Indian Team.

I am of the opinion that Ganguly should go.

I read 'The Week' yesterday and it talked about bad boy image of ganguly.
1. Many years back Ganguly got angry with the crowd and threw stones at them.
2.Ganguly had exchanged garland with Nagma. Dona has thought about divorce.

Chapell's next target is Tendulkar. If Ganguly goes Tendulkar will also go.

Why not?

Ultimately our team is playing to win, not to facilitate White Elephants like Tendulkar, Ganguli, Laxman.

BCCI has to be professional like Australian Cricket Board, if they want to see Indian cricket team winning world cup.

All officials of BCCI are busy to become president or secretary. No wonder through each deal they can make cores and I wonder what happen to our state teams or 2nd level or 3rd level cricket tournament. It is myth that cricketers make lot of money. Only handful of top 12 men makes some money and others are left in ditch.

Unfortunately we do not have anybody who can take a stand against Dalmiya and his camp. Former cricketers and other sport personalities do not have the guts to take over Dalmiya. Probably Sharad Pawar can only destroy irreparably Dalmiyas supremacy over BCCI. Dalmiya is known for his bias attitude, otherwise non performing Ganguly would not have find his place in todays Indian cricket team.
My best wishes to Pawar and Indian team.

I feel politicians should stay out of cricket. They have ruined the country and it would be better if cricket is also completely ruined.(It is yet to be completely ruined) agreed that there is lot of politics in cricket.

Meanwhile,BCCI meeting has been completed.

Nothing special from the meeting. It has been decided that coach and captain will have to work together.

In a news paper column, Steve waugh had said a couple of days back that "nothing" would be the outcome of the meeting. It happenned the same way. it was always predictable that they have to patch up.

Why two ? Isn't one series enough to decide.
