How to resolve cos-nonambig error?

Hi All,
I am trying to generate the Client code from a WSDL in Weblogic 9.2 using clientgen but I am getting the following error:
error: cos-nonambig : content model violates the unique particle attributes rule. 
The WSDL dosen't have any validation error as I am able to validate the WSDL in Weblogic Workshop
Please let me know how to resolve the above error...
