Is this the right place for my question?

I am writing a program and would like to have people review the design details to see if it's a good idea or if I am going about things the wrong way. I'm not going to post tons of code, just a description of how it's all structured. I'd like to find out now if there is a better way before I have 1000's of lines of code.

Is this the right forum to post such a question or is there a better place?

Thanks!

Why? Just put the details in this thread, and change the thread title (you can edit the first post as owner). Keeps it all together
