Hi All,

This post is intended to suggest all ranchers to keep away from ordering any sample papers from javabeat website. Few days back I had transferred an amount of Rs 250 to the bank account of the person "Krishna Srinivasan" who happens to be the person in charge of the JavaBeat Sales Support. After transferring the money I sent a mail to sales@javabeat.com jotting down all the details alongwith the transaction id of the online payment I had done. As per their claims I was supposed to get the pdf question file within a few hours after I had made the transaction. But I did not hear anything from their side. I called at the phone number given on the website and inquired about my order and was told by the support person that I would be getting my sample question paper by afternoon of the very next day. I waited till 12'o clock and than called again at the same mobile number. But nobody even cared to answer the call. I tried calling them more than 50 times. But all efforts in vain. I even tried calling them today but result were not at all different from the previous efforts. I finally decided to warn all the ranchers to keep away from ordering any material from javabeat. The loss is concerned more of the trust rather than the money.

Regards,
Ankit Chandrawat

Hi,

Even I understand your concern and empathize with the same but the fact why I posted this to multiple forums is that I wanted to bring it to the notice of as many ranchers as possible and prevent further loss.

Regards,
Ankit

Hi Ankit! Your concern is right. But I feel that your problem will be sorted soon, just call them again or e-mail them...

Please post again when you have received the material. I have been aware of Javabeat for a long time and I have never seen any complaints about them at all previously so I suspect you have just been unlucky so far.

hi!

i also don`t think this is a bad site. sometimes it can take one week befor you get the money from a transaction and why should they send you something without the money?

"As per their claims I was supposed to get the pdf question file within a few hours after I had made the transaction."

i think this is only when you pay with paypal...

However, that is still a violation of our policies. Regardless of your intentions, this still applies.

...and it is a violation of javabeat policies too! I never buy material from sources which use email for confirmation. If you are selling; you need to be organized and available for your customers!

A couple of months ago I have purchased JavaBeat's SCWCD Mock exam, got the questions from Krishna in 3 minutes (!) from the time the payment was confirmed.

Yesterday I have purchased the SCBCD mock exam, expecting to get at it right away, but after more than 24 hours and 2 mails sent, I received no reply. I do not need the mock exam in 2 weeks, I needed it when I paid for it. It's only a pdf file sent by mail, after all.

I am very disappointed, and feel like a fool I didn't check this thread before I purchased.

Two minutes after posting my last reply, I have received the questions from Krishna.

A little late, but I am glad everything is resolved. Thanks Ranchers!
