I recommend you the SCBCD, I am in a similar situation. The web developer exam prepares you for the client-presentation (the front end) layer and the business developer exam prepares you for the back end part.

If you're a web application developer go for SCBCD, if you're a J2ME developer go for SCMAD.

As Kengkaj said, it depends.

However, if you in this moment don't have any project fr particular technology, I would recommend to take SCBCD.

Reasons:
1. Mobile Java market is very weak (IMHO). Least popular forum at JavaRanch certification section.
2. SCBCD 5 includes JPA. So, it will help you to work with Hibernate framework later.
