i got the EJB3 specification's from this link...

so it is 3 pdf's are all part's of complete EJB3 specification.

Man, you've come all that way without the specs ?  You'll find a different link in the FAQ. One of them (called simplified) is just a brief introduction to what's new in EJB3. Those you want to sleep with are the core and the persistence specs.

My plan to prepare for EJB3 is to
1) first complete the book
2) pratice every example
3) Go for mock's and whereever it is written, i will go for Spec.
