This week's book giveaway is in the Mac OS forum.
We're giving away four copies of a choice of "Take Control of Upgrading to Yosemite" or "Take Control of Automating Your Mac" and have Joe Kissell on-line!

Common Architectures and QoS

Has any one found a really good book, white paper, website etc that discusses this topic in a meaningful way. Everything I've come across to date is the same old 'skim the surface' description of the physical components that make up the various architectures. People seem extremely reticent when it comes to discussing how the various QoS attributes map to them.

Yes, you can spend some time and deduce a lot of it for yourself but it would be nice to read other people's take on the subject!

Kind regards,

To answer my own question I just came across this white paper on N-Tier from Sun -
