Please tell me any working uddi test registry? I tried all but none of them is working now.

I don't think there are any public UDDI registries left (and haven't been for years). UDDI failed to take off as anticipated (partly because WS as a whole took a different direction than anticipated), rendering public registries mostly pointless.

You can use the library to run a registry within a servlet container.
