Don't know; I would have thought the more generic SQL would give more flexibility, but others may think differently.
I think this thread would sit better on one of our certification fora, so shall move it.

There are many dialects of the Structured Query Language, e.g. PL/SQL, Transact-SQL, etc. For this comparison, the dialect is a big factor.
I'm confident that an Oracle certification will include some PL/SQL.
