Run jar file from eclipse

Is there a way to run the jar file from eclipse IDE. Basically i have created one jar file (added couple of .bat files). I want to run the jar file from eclipse IDE. Please advise..

Yes, you can. In the Run menu, select Run Configurations. Then right-click on Java Application and select New. (These steps are for 3.4, older versions might work differently, but the concepts are the same.)

If that doesn't work, under Run you can select External Tools and define it there.
