I came across RSA7 and RAD in many job postings. After searching Google, I found out that they are IBM's IDEs. I am not able to find download links for these.

Please give me any link , where i can get a feel of these IDEs.

Also, what is the difference between RAD and RSA?

IBM has a trial download online.

RSA = RAD + a few other plugins (like modeling.)

RAD is having no modelling architecture capabilities and when these architectural capabilities are added via plugins these become RSA.
