Open existing project in Eclipse

Hello, I am quite new to Eclipse IDE. I am using Eclipse-jee-ganymede-win32, Version 3.4.0. How do i open an existing project? Please help. Thank you.

Use File > Import and select General > Existing Projects into Workspace. Click next and then browse to the directory contain the project directory.

Funny.... such a complex procedure to do such a simple and basic operation...
