Did you use Google? It looks like "Bugenizer" is a game, but the website bughey.com from which it appears to come doesn't work properly. See http://www.trialware.org/Games.html

Or do you mean something completely different?

sorry it was bugzilla and i myself got many articles related to it.
 
I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
