CSS is not working in IE6, but working fine in IE7

I have a velocity template,the header & and footer is showing properly in IE6,but the content in between header and footer is not showing in IE6, where is the whole template is working fine in IE7 and firefox.I have applied proper hack for IE6 also. I dont understand , what i have to do Please suggest. I am attached the header and footer CSS and the middle part that is not working.
