hi all,
i have a javascript to run. which needs to create a Excel.Application object how can i do that in FireFox.
var oExcel = new ActiveXObject('Excel.Application'); //javascript code

That Javascript loads ActiveX. It's Microsoft's technology. Firefox doesn't support it.

No, it won't work. You should redesign your page, maybe using some AJAX spreadsheet control instead. Just google it.
