Rico still alive?

I am looking for a JavaScript library for my new JSF application. I am considering Rico as my JavaScript library. But the lack of documentation and the Rico website being periodically down for days, make me rethink using Rico.

Does anyone know the state of Rico? It is still being actively developed? Or it is in maintenance mode?
