Struts2 with Portlet

I have created one sample Potlet application with Struts2(Development environment: RAD 7.0, Websphere Portal Server 6.0) and ran through several issues(Copy struts.xml in WEB-INF/classes/,include the file struts-portlet-default.xml in struts.xml etc.)

I want to know if this new book on Struts 2 has included any chapter dedicated to Portlets development.

I am really struggling with Portlets in Struts 2.

Is it even worth to use Struts 2 or Spring Portlet MVC framework is still the best.

The book doesn't cover the portlet environment at all.

I'd recommend you ask portlet-related questions on the Struts user mailing list, there are a few people using it in a portlet environment, including one of the committers.

Not being a portlet developer myself I have no idea which environment is "best" for portlets.
