POST and REDIRECT IN STRUTS 2...Need Help

I'm NEW to Struts 2.

I have below Queries:

1> What do you mean by POST and Re-direct in Struts 2 scenario.?

2> Can you explain me with an Example for Re-Direct in Struts 2 ?

3> Can you explain me with an Example for POST in Struts 2 ?

4> What configurations(struts.xml file) are to be made for Redirect and POST in struts 2 framework. ?

Sample Code / Logic provided will be highly appreciated in this regard.
