JAZNRuntimeException: Target Unreachable (caused by ADF table)

Hi,

I have ADF table in which user can creates new rows. So I made createinstert button, commit button and rollback button in accordance to manual. When I create first new row in application, edit its data and confirm (by commit button or just by click on another row), then everything works fine. If I want do it second time, then I get following error:

500 Internal Server Error

oracle.security.jazn.JAZNRuntimeException: Target Unreachable, identifier 'row' resolved to null.

Can somebody tell me, where is problem?
