Understand from one of your posting that Stripes started playing since 2005. But how matured it is? Is is reliable for the production applications? How about technical support?

I've built large applications for Adidas, Vanguard, and Ford using Stripes. Maturity as it relates to age is insignificant. Stripes is very stable, if that is what you really want to know.
The mailing list is quite active with devs on hand as well as the stripes IRC.
