I have been looking on some JavaFX the last weeks. (I'm looking forward to see the potential of JavaFX, which I think, could replace the Java Media Framework in multiple ways).
What are your thoughts about JavaFX and Stripes in the same development environment?

Well, the only way I see them working together is if you have JavaFX making RESTful calls to a Stripes backend. Other than that they are really different technologies.

On a side note if you see JavaFX replacing the Java Media Framework then you're missing the point of JavaFX. Sun wants JavaFX to be a direct competitor to Silverlight and Flex. It won't be. But that is what Sun is praying for.
