I've seen mention, somewhere in this forum, about buying Fred's book and getting the PDF for download. When I follow the forum link to Amazon, there is no mention of the PDF.
Where can I find the bundle?
And can I get Fred to autograph the book?

If you buy from Pragmatic directly, they sell a bundle. It costs more than the book alone, so I'm not sure if that's what you have in mind.
