Display User Id on Printed PDF File

Not sure this is where to post this or not.

In my Web App one of the functions is to view and print a PDF file. Management wants me to find a way to append the User Id of the person logged onto the computer on each page of the file when printing.

You may want to check out iText. It may (I'm not sure) have what you need.

I'm not sure about "appending", but iText can put a watermark on each page of a PDF, kind of an overlay. You may be able to make use of that.
