I'm looking for the same thing First I considered LivePerson Chat but at about $1500/month plus startup costs it's out of my employer's budget (we spend less on Weblogic front-line support!). Mind you, it's got a great feature set, but it's overkill for our purposes. My boss suggested: http://www.craftysyntax.com/ http://www.dayanahost.com/phponline.cfm for no other reason than they appeared first in his search. Google has chatback, which hooks your website up with Google Talk IM, but I don't know if it can be licensed to a commercial site (if that's your concern). I'd be interested to hear what you find.

You may be able to embed a meebo room in as well.
