install apache as service in manual startup mode

i have a requirement to install apache as service in win OS in Manual startup mode.

we use the following command to install apache as service :-
(command prompt)


this installs apache service but the startup type is 'Automatic' (by default)

without going to services window while installing itself i need apache to be installed in 'Manual' startup mode.

how to do this?

PS - i use a batch script to install apache as i am installing another dependent service along with apache.(for that i use wrapper)

Can you not just go in once as Admin and set it to manual? It should honour that from there on in.
