I am sorry, would you please given me commons-id.jar file
for org.apache.commons.id..uuid.UUID.

Did you click on the link I posted?
Did you go the the downloads page and see this message:
There are no releases available.
Access to the source tree to see the latest and greatest code is possible through anonymous SVN access .

This page
on the Apache Commons Sandbox list this URL
as the anonymous SVN repository, but that URL is 404.

After some digging and misdirection you get to this URL:

But when you open this "SVN" repository with either the SVN Repository View in eclipse (or with the SVN command line in Ubuntu) you get the error:
Error validating location: "org.apache.subversion.javahl.ClientException"
Detected a cycle while processing the operation
svn: Redirect cycle detected for URL 'http://svn.apache.org/viewvc/commons/sandbox/id'

Clearly, this is not the SVN repository for the Apache Commons Sandbox. You get the same error for other elements in the Apache Sandbox such as Convert

So the question remains: Is there a JAR file (e.g. commons-id.jar) to download or is there a URL to a properly formed SVN repository from which one can do an anonymous checkout of the org.apache.commons.id.uuid package?
Have you checked out Aspose?
