Hi, this book:

The Definitive Guide to SOA: BEA AquaLogic Service Bus (Definitive Guide) by Jeff Davies, Ashish Krishna, and David Schorow

contains the examples of how integrate JMS with ESB Aqualogic. Be carefull about the contents there are many errors on the book content however the section dedicated to Jms seem correct.

Excuse me if i can't help directly but i don't have Aqualogic installed and don't remember the procedure however , i repeat you, that these book can help you.
