Once I download Apache/Tomcat in zip format, I have to unzip it. In which folder shall I unzip ? Shall I keep unzipped files in Program Files ?

After this, which files do I need to confiure in order to use jsp files with tomcat ?

You may want to read the Tomcat documentation at particularly the chapters "Introduction", "Setup" and "First webapp".
