Hi all, I could use a little help with the logistics of the cattle drive, specifically how long should I wait after sending in a completed assignment before sending it again or inquiring about it. From the "About the Cattle Drive" page
When you have an assignment completed, send an e-mail with the assignment in plain text in the body of the message. Make sure that your editor didn't stuff in a bunch of goofy characters or tabs so that we can't read it. We'll mail you back our comments, often within 24 hours.
perhaps I was impatient and resent too soon. I hope I have not offended. It has now been more than 10 days since I first sent 1b, I have resent hoping for a response. If it normally takes a few weeks for a response that is ok, I am just trying to understand what to expect and if I am doing this correctly. Again I am sorry if I sound rude, I do not mean to be disrespectful, I really want to learn and I am excited about the Cattle Drive and learning Java in general. Thanks, Pete

You did everything correctly, Pete. It's my fault for not getting to it sooner. It's just been a hectic 10 days. Look for an email either today or tomorrow. I'm sorry.

cool, I know how hectic life can be, and cold too, yesterday stayed well below freezing all day out on the trail. Take care and stay warm! Pete [ November 23, 2008: Message edited by: Pete Johnston ]
