Technical Expert - Confidential, Bentonville, AR (Full-Time with Relocation)

The Web Services team is responsible for maintaining, supporting, implementing, and developing the technical direction for most of intranet and internet sites developed. We are currently seeking a skilled SOA specialist to help with the direction and deployment of this technology. Our current platforms of concentrations used to accomplish this are distributed, Z/os, and Linux.

1. Demonstrated professional/Expert level technical knowledge of ESB, WSRR, Business Process Server, WebSphere Portal, UML, entity relationship modeling, XML, IBM WebSphere Application Server, WebSphere XD, IBM Rational tools/Eclipse, and Unix
2. Basic database administration knowledge
3. Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) processes (e.g. service governance, servicei-level agreements), and technologies (e.g. Web Services, XML, UDDI)
4. Demonstrated ability to apply enterprise scale solutions to meet business needs
5. Experience advocating and promoting technology within an organization
6. Strong background with both Java/J2EE and Microsoft .NET platforms
7. Hands on experience in application development and database design
8. Solid understanding of project management and control, and risk analysis
9. Ability to work independently as well as in teams
10. Adaptable and able to learn technology and business processes quickly
11. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills
12. Strong interpersonal skills
13. Experience with a structured life cycle methodology
14. Must be a US Citzen or Green Card Holder
