IDE's from Auburn University in Alabama, Georiga, USA.
jGrasp and PCGrasp the one you posted looks like it has more to it than these do. the PCGrasp version is what i started using for c++ a couple years ago... jGrasp was their version for
Java programming, but it is way to memory intensive... if you are not on a fast computer, i do not recommend using it. i do not use it on my laptop because it sucks my battery.
both of these are free as well.
