England's quarterback didn't perform too well. The wide receiver sucked big time, too. I loved the half time with Alka Yagnik, though. A good game overall.

They are Newspapers, they have to fill columns any how , what would be the great topic than Sachin Tendulakar ,

The man who is playing cricket from last 2 decades and called as "Master Blaster" , and they are questioning about why He's swinging his bat ! Neither you, nor me, nor any great cricket player teach him How to hold bat & play !!

He's Legend

Its not question of teaching Sachin, he is much under pressure to permform after exit of Ganguly, its for sure he can play only occasionally at par with his best performances its because he is old now, he doesnt have the same agility. alertness and strenth but he still wants to go on. If you ask Kapil to come and bowl with same pace he cannot do it, It doesnt mean Kapil does'nt know bowling.
The Guy Sachin playing now is just a shadow of the Original Sachin Tendulkar. Its ugly truth Sachin and his hard core fans have to realize, yes the time has gone by

My Dear friend, Batting dosen't requires strength nor Buffy body, Its requires a great technique for where to push or cut ball.. Sachin doesn't wants to play T20, but hes great player for Test cricket and ODI's. Dhoni said during Shri lanka tour for ODI's that He's presence in the dressing room is itself boost the moral of all youngsters, there is always something to learn from him..

Kapil is medium pacer bowler, and it require lot much stamina and strength to bowl than bat !!

He's worlds 11th best ODI player and only two Indians ahead of him, and you want him to quit cricket ,

16,00 and more ODI runs and you want him to sit at home,

Strange

Well many times captains and players are speaking what BCCI want them to speak.

Anyways, Sachin is great player, he doesnt required approval from Dhoni or Moin Khan or anybody else.

England isn't even that good at Cricket, nor is there much interest in the game in that country for that matter, so is not like this was a dramatic victory, kinda expected wasn't it?

Did you know even Don Bradman retired one day, Its hard to see hero go, for that reason Ganguly was best captain made more than 10000 runs Shane Warne(highest Wicket taker) and Gilchrist(Best Opening bats man) Kumble best Spinner we ever had they were still performing but retired because they cannot give the best, we need Youngsters who will represent us in future.
Players should know how long to Cling on before they are kicked out.

But it is not same for Ganguly.
He still can perform.
But his retirement was the best decision he would have ever taken.
At least he retired while playing.
And if we see he turned out to be the best captain Indian team ever had... Wining the test series, his attitude towards the team mates, his devotion towards the game, his controversial decisions, all made him a good captain.
Remember when Rahul Dravid was running out of form Ganguly still placed in the team as the wicket-keeper. Also he did the same with Sehwag placing him in the team when he was completely out of form... Ganguly took a whole bunch of players Kartik, Parthiv Patel to world cup who had very less ODI experience.
And also the players like Balaji,Nehra got chance during the reign of Ganguly.
Players turned their back when he was out of form and was out of the team.. remember when Rahul was made the captain and Ganguly was out of the team.

But after one year he came back and proved himself.....
And so I say.... while still he could perform...he choose to retire.

Ganguly's decision was lot political i thought. After exit of Dalmia, Bengal politics came to end Ganguly was never treated the same.however it was best decision in the interest of future team.Ganguly was good leader who's steps to bring in new players has kept Indian team going. He is good example of able leader and decent performer of course, he made more than 10000 runs and lead the the team to World Cup finals, then making tons of Personal records for himself

Yes, this is India.
Here we have politics in our games too!
But i don't think that the decision was political.. at all. He choose for himself retirement. Yes it is very true that he was never treated the same after Dalmia.
What a pity for a player like that. You do so much for your country and your team and you get this treatment!!
I think what he did was perfect.

What say?

If they are still performing and unable to give their best,
this two statements are conflicting to each other !! that's means, they don't want to play cricket anymore..

If they are in good form with 10 to 15 years of experience with them, and still they want to retire, then it's bad decision in favor of Indian cricket team !

In his last 3 ODIs Vs. Australia in Australia (CB series final), he scored 2 half centuries and one 100..

May be I'm too much sentimental about Sachin, but our discussion nor anyone's comments in this world gonna make him sit out of the team. He surely will play for at least next two years ..

He is under pressure since long as companies are planning to reduce endorsement contract fees upto 40% due to slowdown.Like last match, hope it will not affect his performance in todays match.

Sachin is under pressure if he doesnt stay on top he is going to face huge pressure to get off, offcourse Ganguly was also performing well, None of these Senior players could save India from defeat in world cup which was worst,We need permformance when it is tough. this is not a statement to undermine those who are performing now.Occasional performance is going to bring no glory to team.

If they are still performing and unable to give their best,
this two statements are conflicting to each other !! that's means, they don't want to play cricket anymore..

You cannot talk less of Gilchrist and Shane warne who have steered Aussies to so many victories they are not just players who have ton's of personal records but who can bring the talent out at right time when it is tough they can challange and stand up. But they know they cannot do that if they dont stay right not top , they have gone out at right time because they want Aussies to continue to win they are professional who understand the spirit of game then hang on with occasional sparkles and performances.

All we need is good sporting team who can preform and players who are team players. We need experience if it can really be wise and stand up at right times but more we need is young players who want to prove themselves

Sachin scored 50 runs. It was not a clean innings but better than 1 st match. Sehwag will have to wait for his 100 which he wanted to get in Delhi.

Superb performance once again!
But how long this performance of India going to carry on?

It will start fading just a year or six months before the world cup starts!!

Zee News did paparazzi operation. They caught Yuvraj drinking on the roadside along with his father and other friends. Drinking in public is a crime in India.

So many people drink and make noise in India. What about those who did the sting i.e. zee reporters. After completing the sting operation they would also be at the same drinking. It is a waste of time discussing these things same as corruption.
