In the HTTPRequest Sampler, there is a section that allows you to send files with the request. You may add as many as you like. As you can see in my attached screen shot, it is possible to have the file name as a variable, allowing you to add different files at different times.

Just provision all the files you need to send via "Send Files With the Request" section.
