getting wrong time from recieved message

hi

when i am sending message from my j2me application.it is showing wrong time in received message details
it is showing correct date but time is 6 hrs before.

please help me to solve this prblm

Check the clock and timezone settings on the device.

Also make sure you know which timezone you're working with. A UTC time display would be about 6 hours off US Mountain Standard Time.

hi frnd i solve this problem
first i get current date in date variable
then
i use this code
date.setTime(date.getTime()+20000000);
it will gives current dae and time
