Regarding SSH Server

Hi,
I am new to SSH Server, could anyone help me how we can use SSH Server,
I have to transfer a file from one location to another location. how i can achieve this. from where i can get the SSH server java api. I have to implement this in java.
Please let me know if you can help me a bit also.

I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
