I found a neato site today.

Visual Thesaurus

I think it's lacking in its number of entries but it sure was fun to play around with!

Cute. Y'all recognize the applet, right? Talk about leveraging existing technologies!

Yeah, it's that puzzle where we had to move the dots around until there were no crossing lines, right?

A good question is never answered. It is not a bolt to be tightened into place but a seed to be planted and to bear more seed toward the hope of greening the landscape of the idea. John Ciardi

It seems strikingly similar to one of the classic JDK demo applets. I remember fiddling with this code myself in 1995.

That was a joke, by the way. I thought this thesaurus looked like something one could hack up with some freebie components in a jiffy.

OK, that's like four times in two days that I was involved in a thread where somebody made a joke (sometimes it was me) and it went over (or sideways past) someone's head (some other times it was me.) We need a humor detector that automatically inserts smilies for the humor-impaired!

I found it a good vocabulary tool. Isn't it?
