Do you mean the MCSE certification, Maurice? That's more than one test. For the MCSE and many other Microsoft certifications, the first exam most people take is the 70-536, which is a basic programming language test. There was a discussion here about the 70-536 about a year ago and is still valid for today. I'd recommend you start by reading that and then look up the exams required for the MCSE on Microsoft's website, to get an idea of how much work you have ahead of you.
