Lost human values.

Its taught me that I need to have an increasing sense of cynicism, and that most of the population are doing the opposite.

It also taught me (at the very beginning of the year with the huge donations to the Tsunami appeal) that the human race does have some redeeming features after all.

I have learnt that NTs (Non Geeks) are not all social climbing, manipulative, violent, aggressive, lazy people with tunnel vision that never say what they mean. I work with a bunch of them and wouldnt change them for the world. It would be nice, if they had a logical mind but if they did they would be NT, they would be geeks.

Things don't always happen as quickly as you'd like and the only way to deal with that is to accept it and make sure things do at least keep moving.

Love really can conquer just about anything

I'm not invincible, in fact life can be taken away with very little ease and without any warning, so do what it takes to help your body remain healthy.

Good friends are precious and should be appreciated.

When you say love conquers just about anything what kind of love do you mean? Romantic love or family love or friendship.

1. Ajax taught me the most important part of innovation is to come up with a cool sounding acronym.

2. Google taught me investors have not given up on near triple digit P/E ratios.

3. Michael Brown taught me that who you know is still much more important than what you know, and, if at first you don't succeed, try and try again.

2005 was a hard year for me.

It kinda affirmed my belief that the only person who can help you out and who you can depend on is "yourself". It is just you, you, and you. You and your wits, your perseverance, your hard work, and ability to learn from your mistakes.

One thought that caught my attention which I could share is definition of success. "Success is when you make positive impact on someone else life". I would be nice if people would use this definition when trying to accoplish something.

That is so true. I am sickened by the constant USA media's wrong definition of success. Their equivocated measure of so called "success" is answered by the frivolous question "how much money have you made".

Ludicrous! No wonder a great part of the world is rightfully after us!

It taught me that you have to move on with life no matter what happens and don't be afraid to take risk.

It also taught me how to be a good car driver
