Struts Application in Eclipse

I have a struts application. When i tried to run in eclipse. it doesn't show anything apart from "Page cannot be displayed" on the browser. That same application is working in other IDE.(NetBeans). In Eclipse i have externally added struts.jar file. It doesn't show any errors.

What could be the problems?

Please help.

Thanks in Advance.

Jay,
How far did you get? Do you see the server start up message? I'm thinking you might not have gotten that far yet based on your other thread
