Hi,

Have any one tried using web services security (XML ENC, XML SIG, SAML) with netbeans 6.5

I am pulling my hair with getting even my first web services with security get deployed using the Netbeans 6.5.

Is Netbeans 6.5 the best out there? What about Eclipse or any other IDE?

Any pointers much appreciated.

Many thanks
Aryan

Try it without Netbeans. The IDE doesn't have much to do with it anyhow. What type of web service are you trying to create?

Hi James,

I need to setup a SAML STS, a consuming client and a service provider.

Also some parts of the message needs to be signed and encrypted.

I am afraid with out the IDE, it will be difficult getting things done. Do you have any samples of Metro code like STS, WS-Policy etc.

Thanks
Aryan
