struts2s token-session interceptor

Hi!

I'm trying to use struts 2's token interceptor. I have <s:token/> in my jsp under my form tag.
My action configuration includes:
<action name="createFacility" method="input" class="CreateFacilityAction">
<interceptor-ref name="token-session"/>
<result type="redirect-action">
<param name="actionName">selectFacility</param>
<param name="namespace">/facility/view</param>
<param name="id">${facility.id}</param>
</result>
<result name="invalid.token">web.error</result>
<result name="input">web.facility.createFacility</result>
<result name="error">web.error</result>
<result name="cancel">web.home</result>
</action>

My problem is that I don't get a successful attempt. When I hit the 'Create' button, I'm immediately forwarded as if I've double submitted.

Any suggestions?
