web flow problem with h:selectonemenu and tomahawk t:datatable

Hi
i have problem with h:selectOneMenu and tomahawk t atatable .
when i put <h:selectOneMenu value="#{users.user.role}"> in my page i got javax.el.PropertyNotFoundException: /WEB-INF/flows/user/users.xhtml @33,162 value="#{users.user.role}": Target Unreachable, identifier 'users' resolved to null

and i have same problem with t:checkbox in tomahawk datatable.
i use web flow 2 and spring 2.5.6 and ajax4jsf ,myfaces 1.2.5, facelet 1.1.14, tomahawk 2.1.1.7
