How do you do it?

Well, yesterday night I was watching "Pursuit of Happyness". There was a line "What do you do and How do you do it??". Probably I know what all the genius guys working behind Java Ranch do but I would like to ask you How do you do it?. Sometimes its really frustrating to think all this that what you guys are doing over there may be some magic . Please let me know how should one proceed and how much effort one needs to work like you guys? I really appreciate what you guys are doing really great!! Thanks for your effort!!

Million Dollar Baby is my #1 pick for this kind of movie; someone else already suggested it.
The recent Batman movie: Dark Knight is high on my list too.
I think Seven was also mentioned - that's a really good one.
Others that aren't exactly feel-good movies worth watching: Usual Suspects, Reservoir Dogs, Fight Club, Snatch, American History X, Glory, Von Ryan's Express, and that should keep someone busy for a weekend.

Water is a great Hindi movie that isn't a feel-goody.

I think Marc meant to post this in the "unhappy movies" thread

pawan,
if you want serious answers to a question it's better not to post in the Meaningless Drivel forum. I'll move the question to the JavaRanch forum.

Actually he had posted a duplicate of this thread here before and it was closed .
Also in the thread above I had suggested him to post it in Meaningless Drivel since it was not about Javaranch but the genius people at the ranch .

This question has become a mess. First it was posted in Java Ranch forum, then he posted a duplicate thread in meaningless drivel, then the java ranch thread was locked, then the meaningless drivel thread was moved to java ranch forum . I don't think there could be worst than this

I think all the administrative people are very busy right now. That is why you are not getting any response. I guess you will have to wait for 4th or 5th Jan for a proper reply...

I think the admin are confused. Is there a question in here? I see a bunch of rambling and am missing the question.

If it is about the running of JavaRanch, I second waiting until next week and re-asking it in this forum at that time.

It was posted in the "JavaRanch" forum so maybe it is about that. I thought it might be asking how we do programming in general, sort of like asking writers where they get their ideas from. But I couldn't convince myself that the question was that, so I didn't respond to that interpretation. I guess I don't really understand what the question was either.

Let me convince you ... yes this is what I was looking for , but I think this questions has become a mess , if you want you can close it thanks and I am sorry that I was not able to explain my questions properly!

If you are looking to open your own forum it is more possible than you think. All you need to do is have the appropriate software.

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
