Also, lot of time, director directly gives task to programmer without any notification to me. How can i resolve this so i can be aware of all task?

Does it concern you they hired a project manager who has no clue what to do, notwithstanding your close association with that person? Is should, and that should concern all of the stakeholders in the company.

My company is Advertising Media company(which has over 2 mill pages on the site):
They get requirement from advertisers
Convert requirement to task
Associate task to resources
Resource does task
Get in touch with editorial to get information.
QA Testing
When i was interviewed they told me that i will working with editorial and resources(IT team) to track task or updates the task.
I asked them if i get directly requirement from advertisers, covert to task and assign resources(which IT director doesn't prefer). So everyday i go and ask resources about Task. They tell me it will be done tomorrow(they don't discuss task in detail with me as they getting from director). So I that's why i am confused here...... Also, i do QA testing for major task.
Only one outsourcing project which is i am making specs which i will have whole control.
I am PMP certified and know the role of PM but in this company can't figure it out.
Please help me out....
Thank You;
