What do you mean by "other server"...

Either you can start tomcat in console window OR there is an "Monitor Tomcat" option in tomcat installed files (If you are using windows then Start >> Programs >> Apache Tomcat >> Monitor tomcat )

And the best way is to hit the server and log in into it ..
