Firstly, i am satisfied :P
with the changes done to the erstwhile Javaranch.. Nice job done on the presentation..

A few things that i would like to bring to your notice..

  • Generally, I use "My Posts" page a lot (tho i am not self-centric!) and i kind of got used to the "tabular view" we had for MPP. Reason: Quick access to topics.
The new look is fine , but now, it being a little more "detailed" you have to do a lot of scrolling(depending on how verbose you were in your posts) to actually see all the topics. Instead of detailing every line you wrote in your last post, if only the first line were shown in part, I think more of the topics could have been covered and it would have been sufficiently detailed for me.

  • Also, if instead of displaying my says on the topics, if last replies on the post were shown MPP could have been more concise and precise. The thing is, if you have more than one replies in a thread, there is some amount of duplication

I re-read my post and I saw myself as a demanding client, and to some extent, hinting at probably the "personalization" aspects of the page.

I do not mean to criticize the look and feel of the page or am playing a critic. It is just something I "experienced" and thought of letting you know.

If you read this thread, you'll see that we're actively discussing the format of this page.

EFH: I didnt know the thread you pointed to was also being used for reporting bugs and suggestions(i read only the first page)..Brian and Ulf cover everything I had in mind...

Either way, thanks for including it in the suggestions list.
