mail program.. Could some one assist me how to find the SMTP host..

What do you mean by "the SMTP host"? You can either use the mail server run by your ISP provider, or run one on your server.

The host address of your ISP's mail server is somewhere in the account info in your email client. You (or someone else for you) must have entered it at some point.
