Where is DesCrypter supposed to come from? What does its documentation tell you? What exception are you getting (details)?

My crystal ball is in the shop for the 10000 vision checkup.

If you want help you need to supply the crucial information - what is the exception that is thrown?

When you get an exception from a servlet the first rule is DONT PANIC!

Instead, copy down all the provided information so you can post with some hope of getting a helpful answer. Remember to check for log file details.

How is this related to servlets? Having this line of code in a servlet doesn´t make it a servlet problem, unless you got it to run as a Java application under the same circumstances.
